Already have a finished logo, or starting from a rough sketch? Our customer service and design team will help you select the right garments, confirm your sizes and quantities, and send you a digital art proof—we never start printing without your final approval.
Designing & Proofing
Our in-house designers prep your artwork in Adobe Illustrator or CorelDraw to match your garment and ink colors, then send you a digital proof to approve.
Color Separation
Once approved, we separate each color in your design into individual layers and print them onto clear film positives.
Screen Exposure
In our darkroom, we burn each film layer onto an emulsion-coated mesh screen with UV light and wash out the stencil where ink will pass through.
Printing & Curing
Your garments are aligned on the press, custom-mixed ink is pulled across each screen, and every piece runs through our dryer belt for a durable, wash-ready cure.

03 Nationwide delivery
